Shipping Policies

How our shipping works

Our process starts off with an initial sales enquiry. We then look at quotation options on request, for shipping costs via courier, airfreight and sea freight. We use a variety of Incoterms for both UK and International destinations, to source the best price and most efficient shipping service.

Once your order is placed and ready for despatch, we will arrange for any paperwork requirements to be raised and can assist with any requests that you may have. All customs documentation and certificates will be raised to make sure smooth transaction is completed.

Despatch times

Despatch times from date of order is normally two weeks as standard, however this does vary depending on availability. Transit times from date of despatch varies from country to country and is dependent on the service used.

Solving issues

We work closely with our despatch and sales order processing departments to make sure that any issues or queries can be resolved quickly and help ensure that any potential problems further down the chain will not occur.

Our shipping process is a partnership

We work in partnership with our customers and their freight forwarders to ensure that the despatch procedure runs as efficiently as possible, dealing with any queries, booking issues, or customs difficulties which may arise and proactively monitor consignments until point of delivery.


Taxes vary from country to country are variable in different states and subject to the specific items that you have ordered. Your local customs or tax office can offer more advice on this.
